Anniversary Team – help Mt Hermon hold the history of the church as well as hold celebrations on Church Anniversaries.  Contact Betty at 704-782-2326.

Children’s Team – sets the curriculum for the Faith Learning Hour for elementary age children as well as staffing the nursery.  Contact Barbara Linker at 704-788-8354 or Linda at 704-782-2326 xt 102.

Computer Ministry – people who are skilled in hardware and software and assist the office and/or the children’s computer room with updates, upgrades, and repairs.  Contact the office 704-782-2326.

Congregation Council – provides leadership and vision to the church.  The council in cooperation with the Pastor guides the church in all areas of ministry, finances, and mission.  Contact Tim Kirk at 704-244-1216.

Finance Team - coordinates the finances for the church (checking, savings, CD’s, loans, etc..).  They also prepare the monthly reports and send out financial statements.  Contact Bill Coleman at 980-960-4271.

Mutual Ministry Team – is a team who helps with tensions and struggles in the church, staff, council, etc…  Supports and affirms the church staff and teams. Contact Jim Doorley at 704-721-0453.

Natural Church Development Team – to help support and educate congregation in church health.  Contact Rick Grochoske at 704-560-9649.

Nominating Team – discerns the future leadership of the church.  After prayer and study, they recommend to the congregation, members for council and nominating team.  Contact Darlene Gayan at 704-454-5230.

Office Ministry – volunteers who help staff the church office, answering phones, helping with correspondence and mailings, and office work.  Offers  you the opportunity to learn new skills and /or keep up your work skills.  Contact Linda at 704-782-2326 xt 102.

Property Team – take care of the maintenance and repairs of the church property and buildings. Contact Jim Doorley at 704-721-0453 or Linda at 704-782-2326 xt 102.

Single Seniors Ministry – A time for singles to gather to socialize with one another.  Contact Betty at 704-782-2326 xt 101.

Tech Team – assists the worship teams in creating an environment for worship and social events in Fellowship Hall.  They help with running the sound boards, purchasing, placement and maintenance of screens, projectors, computers, microphones, lighting, etc.. Call the office for more information.

Ushers – assist in worship through hospitality, and keeping an order to the flow of service.

9:55 alive Leadership Team – works at creating a hospitable and supportive environment for the 9:55 worshipping community that includes, coffee and snacks, power point and visual aids for worship, music, social events, and member care.  Call Linda Beauregard 704-782-2326.
