Youth Programs

Nursery:   

Available for infants and small children during all Services and Faith Learning times.  Children's Activity Building, First Floor.

 

Kindergarden - Fifth Grade:           

A rotation of Drama, Storytelling, Films, Computer, Arts & Crafts, and Music.  Facilitated by Ms. Barbara Linker in the Children's Activity Building.

Middle School:           

Fun activities and meaningful conversations for pre-teens at 10am on Sundays.  Contact (704) 782-2326.

 

High School Youth Group {YAMs}:           

Meet with Zach and Melissa Fox in the Teen Room at 10am every Sunday for informal gathering time with other high schoolers to address the many questions facing today's teens.  Watch for teen-only special events on Sunday afternoons twice per month.  Contact (704) 782-2326.    

Adult Programs

10:00am Faith Learning Hour in the Coffee House:    

"The Jesus I Never Knew"       

Every Sunday view, listen, and discuss powerful videos that help us to see Christ in our everyday world and actions that speak to our belief in the teachings of Christ.  How do they touch our hearts and challenge our lives?  Facilitated by Ron Smith.

 

Women of the ELCA (WELCA) Bible Study:

Offerred weekday evenings or Sundays periodically

Past classes have included reflection on dedicated Bible chapters, popular book readings such as The Shack, God's Politics, Don't Forgive Too Soon, Reclaiming the "L" Word, and Prayer 101.
